The library offers free computer training classes which are held in Xenia's second floor training lab or at other Greene County branches.

Basic Computer Skills [Handout PDF]
This class is designed for those who have little or no computer experience. We cover the basics about computers, the keyboard and the mouse.
Introduction to the Internet [Handout PDF]
Those who are comfortable with the keyboard functions and the mouse can learn the basics about the Internet - what it is and how to use it.
Search the Web [Handout PDF]
This intermediate Internet class is designed to develop searching skills. There is plenty of time for questions in this hands-on workshop.
Adult Computer Lab
Practice what you learn in our classes and build confidence in our open computer lab sessions for adults. A library staff member will be available to answer questions and provide one-on-one assistance.

Classes are available on an ongoing basis. Schedules vary. Daytime or evening classes may be scheduled.
How long are the classes?
The average class lasts for two hours. Each class meets one time.

Computers are available for practice in the library. Online tutorials are also available.
Is individual instruction available?
Yes. A reference librarian at any of our seven locations can get you started. One-on-one help is also available in our Adult Computer Lab sessions.
