When an item is either 10 or 24 days overdue, depending on the type of item, you’ll be billed for the replacement cost of the item. Accounts with more than $30 in materials and fines may be turned over to a collection agency and a collection fee will be added to your account. Patrons sixty years of age and older, holders of Golden Buckeye cards, and homebound patrons served by the Outreach Services department are excused from paying fines.
