GCPL Board Meetings 2008
All meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month (except August when there is no meeting) at 2 p.m. in the Board Room of the Xenia Community Library, unless otherwise noted.

Public Participation at Board Meetings
Board meetings are open to the public. Persons who wish to address the Board are asked to submit a request to be added to the agenda to Karl Colón, GCPL Director, at 76 East Market Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385 by the first of each month. Requests must include the name, address and phone number of the person making the request as well as the subject to be addressed. Board policy provides speakers with three minutes to present their subject to the Board. The Board will not take action on a subject brought up by a speaker until such time that adequate research into the matter can be attained. To see the full policy, please click here.
